Becky Banda

Becky Banda is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Manager at ChampionX since June 2023, Becky has previously held multiple senior finance roles at Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company, from September 2012 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading profitability analyses and guiding pricing strategies. Prior to Nalco, Becky worked at KEY Energy Services, Inc. in various capacities, including Marketplace Support Manager and Marketing Analyst, where significant improvements in pricing methodologies and process efficiencies were achieved. Becky's career began at Foley's and Shell Global Solutions, where foundational skills in systems analysis and operational improvements were developed. Becky holds a BBA in Management Information Systems with a minor in Spanish from the University of Houston.
