Neha Sahdev

Neha Sahdev has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Neha is currently working as the Vice President of Production Optimization at ChampionX since May 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Halliburton, including General Manager for the Pinnacle Halliburton business unit, Product Line Manager, Fiber Optics Analytics Development Team Lead, and Principal Project Manager. At Schlumberger, Neha worked as a Sales Manager, Field Services Manager for Completions in India, RMC Lead Engineer, General Field Engineer, and Senior Field Engineer. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategy, financial performance, operations management, product development, and team leadership.

Neha Sahdev completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in the years 2002 to 2006. In 2018, they pursued Business Leadership Development - I & II from Texas A&M University. In 2019, they attended Caltech to study Shaping Business Strategy. Currently, they are enrolled in the Global Energy Leadership Program at the Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, specializing in Energy, Strategy, Leadership, and Change Management, which they will complete by 2021.
