Jill Bohnet

Jill Bohnet, EIT, currently serves as a Business Development Engineer at Permian Resources since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Production Engineer and Reservoir Engineer at Ovintiv from October 2023 to June 2025, and a Facilities Engineering Intern at EOG Resources in the summer of 2022, focusing on compressor efficiency improvements. Jill also completed a Reliability Engineer Internship at Shell in the summer of 2021, where new process flows were generated to enhance maintenance practices across Gulf of Mexico assets. Additionally, Jill interned as a Wells Intern at Chevron, creating a Cost Control Guide to reduce cost variances, and as a Cement Lab Intern at Baker Hughes, developing new cement formulas from recycled materials. Jill began in the industry with a Drilling Fluids Lab Internship at Halliburton, where environmentally friendly drilling fluids were engineered. Educationally, Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University, completed in May 2023.
