Francis Thumpasery

Francis Thumpasery is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in workflow and permit management software. As Co-Founder and CEO of PermitFlow since 2021, Francis leads a platform trusted by builders to streamline the permitting process. Prior experience includes roles as an investor at a NY-based activist hedge fund and Advent International, focusing on workflow software between 2019 and 2021. Francis began a career at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst from 2013 to 2016. Previous entrepreneurial efforts include co-founding mBulance, a medical diagnostic workflow software company, in 2012. Educational credentials include an AB in Economics, magna cum laude with high honors, from Harvard University, and further studies at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
