Raymond Hu

Raymond Hu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at PermitFlow since February 2025, Raymond also holds a position on the Junior Board of Breaking Ground, a NYC-based Permanent Supportive Housing organization, since December 2023. Previous roles include Growth Lead and Business Operations at Flock Homes from August 2022 to February 2025, as well as Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from December 2020 to February 2023. Raymond's early career features a role as Director of Conference Programming for the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations from October 2017 to September 2019, and internships as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi and in Americas Law at EY during the summer of 2019 and 2018, respectively. Raymond holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and East Asian Studies from Harvard University and is a graduate of Montgomery High School.
