Robbert van der Pluijm has extensive experience in marketing and events management. Robbert is currently the Head of Marketing at Permutive, where they have held various roles since 2019, including Head of Customer Lifecycle Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing Manager. Prior to Permutive, Robbert worked at Bibblio as the Head of Events, organizing and executing events on publishing and recommender systems. Robbert also served as the Learning Coordinator at Bibblio. Additionally, Robbert worked as an Assessor at Vilentum University of Applied Sciences and as an Education Consultant at IT-Workz, where they provided guidance and coaching to schools and participated in ICT development projects for education improvement.
Robbert van der Pluijm earned their Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Fontys University, which they attended from 2006 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Master of Education (MEd) in Professional Learning and Development from Vilentum University of Applied Sciences, completing it from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in "Having Career Conversations with Your Team" from LinkedIn and "PRINCE2 Foundation" from APM Group Limited (APMG) in 2023 and 2011, respectively.
