Yvonne A.

Yvonne A. began their work experience in 2011 as a Tour Manager and Travel consultant at Venture Uganda Travel. Yvonne was responsible for office management and leading clients in the field. In 2014, they became an Office Assistant and Travel consultant, organizing educational tours for UK university students and creating a comfortable environment for community visits. From 2014 to 2016, Yvonne A. continued their role at Venture Uganda Travel as a Travel consultant and Tour Leader.

In 2014, they also worked as a Sales Administrator and Front Desk Assistant (Intern) at East African Business Week. From 2017 to 2018, Yvonne A. served as a Community Mobilizer and Office Administrator at ChildFund International, implementing and accounting for community activities.

Most recently, Yvonne A. worked at Pernix Group, Inc. as an HR/Construction Security Assistant. Yvonne'sresponsibilities included managing the full cycle recruiting process, facilitating security interviews with the US Embassy, maintaining databases, issuing personnel identification cards, recording time sheets, administering benefits, conducting new hire orientation and exit interviews, booking corporate travel, and handling communication with the international parent company.

Overall, Yvonne A. has gained experience in various roles within the tourism and administration field, demonstrating their organizational and leadership skills.

Yvonne A. completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations and Affairs from Makerere University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Gayaza High School from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained their O & A level degrees. Currently, they are pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Uganda Management Institute, starting in 2021. In addition to their formal education, Yvonne has earned certifications in First Aid from Bureau Veritas Group in May 2019, and in Site Security & SBU handling from Pernix Group, Inc. in October 2018.
