Aurele Beaujouan

Aurele Beaujouan serves as Senior IP Counsel at Pernod Ricard since May 2015, overseeing the management of a global portfolio of approximately 9,000 trademarks and designs. Responsibilities include developing and implementing clearance and protection strategies, handling administrative litigation, and negotiating trademark-related contracts. Prior to this role, Aurele worked at PROMARK - Attorneys at Law from December 2006 to May 2015 as an Avocat propriété industrielle, managing a portfolio of luxury brands and conducting trademark filings and searches. Additional experience includes positions at Cabinet Weinstein and Cabinet Greffe, focusing on intellectual property law. Aurele holds a Dess in propriété industrielle from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, earned between 1994 and 2000.
