Gareth de Gee

Gareth de Gee (MScPLSCM) currently serves as Proximity Procurement Director for Africa Middle East at Pernod Ricard, having previously held positions including Procurement Director Africa and SSA Head of Procurement. Prior experience includes roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where Gareth worked as Global Sourcing Director and Procurement and Sustainability Director for the Rest of Africa, among others. Experience also encompasses strategic procurement and category management roles at SABMiller, Transnet SOC Ltd, Shell, Diageo, and positions in IT procurement and product management. Gareth de Gee holds a Master’s degree in Procurement, Logistics and Supply from The University of Salford, graduated from the Global Strategic Procurement Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and is a member of the Chartered Institute Of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS). Recent education includes attendance at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
