Joe Durso

Joe Durso is an experienced public affairs professional currently serving as Vice President of National & Public Affairs at Pernod Ricard since November 2021. Previously, Joe held the position of Senior Director of Public Affairs at the same company, and Vice President for Public Affairs at Embrace Families, where responsibilities included leading legislative efforts and drafting public testimony. Joe's background also includes academic roles as a Professor of Political Science and Public Administration at the University of Central Florida, and a decade-long tenure as Mayor of Longwood, Florida, where significant economic development initiatives were led. Prior to these roles, Joe served as Chief of Staff to State Senator Lee Constantine in the Florida Senate. Joe's education includes a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a range of degrees from institutions such as The George Washington University and Florida State University.
