Melisa Dotta

Melisa Dotta is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance across multiple countries in South America. Currently serving as the Legal Manager and Compliance Officer for Pernod Ricard since August 2019, Melisa oversees legal matters in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay. Prior to this role, Melisa worked as an Associate at Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal, focusing on Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions from August 2018 to August 2019, after previously holding a similar position at the same firm from 2011 to August 2017. Melisa gained experience as an International Law Clerk at White & Case LLP in Capital Markets and started a legal internship at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Argentina, where research and analysis of legal doctrines and jurisprudence were performed. Melisa holds a law degree from Universidad Catolica Argentina and has furthered education by attending the Summer Institute in American Law at Fordham University.
