Currently serving as the Head of Compensation & Benefits and HR Controlling for the Asia-Pacific region at Pernod Ricard, Sam previously held the role of Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager at Tiffany & Co., focusing on South Asia Pacific, Japan, and South Korea. Prior to that, Sam led regional total rewards initiatives at Kellogg Company, overseeing both Total Rewards and People Analytics for Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
