Sam Pang-es has extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and HR controlling across various global organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Compensation & Benefits and HR Controlling for the Asia-Pacific region at Pernod Ricard, Sam previously held the role of Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager at Tiffany & Co., focusing on South Asia Pacific, Japan, and South Korea. Prior to that, Sam led regional total rewards initiatives at Kellogg Company, overseeing both Total Rewards and People Analytics for Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Sam's experience also includes a position as Global Rewards Project Lead at BHP, where responsibilities included global annual reward reviews and Asia benefits management. Earlier career highlights include partnerships in compensation strategy at IBM, where Sam served as both Regional Compensation Partner and Executive Compensation Partner, managing significant compensation programs across the Asia Pacific region.
