Dustin Rissmiller

Dustin Rissmiller is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Perpetua Resources since November 2025. Previously, Rissmiller held multiple leadership roles at Advanced Energy from September 2022 to November 2025, including Senior Director of Talent, OD & Learning and Director of OD & Talent. Prior experience includes HR roles at Rio Tinto from September 2021 to September 2022 and a significant tenure at Xcel Energy from July 2014 to September 2021, where Rissmiller advanced from Senior Manager of Employee Relations to Senior Director of Workforce Strategy & Consulting. Earlier in the career, Rissmiller spent nearly a decade at Rio Tinto, particularly as Employee/Labor Relations Director for Kennecott Utah Copper. Rissmiller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Colorado State University between 2001 and 2005.
