James Depaoli

James DePaoli currently serves as Corporate Counsel at Perpetual Capital Partners since September 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Corporate Associate at Venable LLP from January 2017 to August 2021, and as an Associate at Hogan Lovells from October 2014 to January 2017. Earlier in their career, James held the position of Associate at Grant McCarthy Group LLC from September 2010 to June 2011, after completing a Summer Internship at the same firm from June 2008 to June 2010. James earned a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law between 2011 and 2014, and holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance and English from Georgetown University, completed in 2010.
