Linda Dietsche CA, CMA, MBA, ICD.D is an accomplished finance professional with extensive leadership experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director and Audit Committee Chair at Perpetual Energy Inc. since March 2022, Linda has held significant positions such as Director and Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee at Distress Centre Calgary from May 2019 to May 2022, and CFO at Tervita Corporation from May 2019 to July 2021. Prior to these roles, Linda contributed to Newalta in various capacities including Executive Vice President and CFO, as well as roles in finance and control from 2003 to 2018. Linda's earlier experience includes financial roles at Mount Royal University from 1997 to 2003. Academically, Linda is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Royal Roads University and has earned certifications in management accounting and leadership from esteemed institutions including the Society of Management Accountants of Alberta and Ivey Business School.
