Martijn Dekker has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Martijn began their career in 1993 as a Senior Scientist at Philips Research. In 2000, they moved to LG.Philips Displays as a Development Groupleader. In 2003, they joined Philips DAP as a Manager Physics and (Senior) Director Project Management. Martijn then moved to Lemnis Lighting BV in 2007 as their CTO. In 2012, they joined NTL Lemnis as their Technical Advisor and CTO. In 2014, they became the General Manager/Geschaeftsfuehrer of Carus GmbH & Co K. G., where they developed and manufactured LED retrofit bulbs. In 2017, they became the CEO of Seaborough. In 2020, they joined CEG B.V. as their Head of R&D and MD. Most recently, in 2021, they became the CTO of Perpetual Next, where they upgrade organic residues to the highest quality sustainable raw materials, fuels and (semi-finished) products.
Martijn Dekker received their PhD in Physics from Utrecht University in 1993 after studying there from 1984.
