Beth Werths

Beth Werths is an accomplished legal and finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Since December 2020, Beth has served as the Independent Trustee and Board Chair for Perpetual Limited's Americas Funds, currently leading the board since January 2023 and participating in key committees including Audit, Investment, and Nominating and Governance. Prior to this role, Beth was with Natixis Investment Managers for over 13 years, where Beth held the position of Executive Vice President and General Counsel for International operations, following a tenure as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Earlier in Beth's career, from October 2000 to February 2007, Beth worked as Senior Vice President and Counsel at Putnam Investments.
