James Thompson has extensive experience in investment analytics and risk management. James began their career at CareSuper as an Investment Analyst before moving on to ME Bank, where they worked in Investor Relations and Treasury Settlements. James then joined Invesco Ltd. as a Senior Performance & Investment Risk Analyst, where they oversaw quantitative information and served on various committees. Afterward, they worked at BlueBay Asset Management, where they focused on investment risk. Thompson then joined Equity Trustees as a Manager of Performance & Reporting, responsible for fund analysis and presenting to the Board Investment Subcommittee. James later joined Janus Henderson Investors, EMEA & APAC as a Manager of Performance and Reporting, where they delivered efficiency gains through workflow redesign and automation of reporting templates. Currently, Thompson is the Head of Investment Analytics at Perpetual Limited, leading a team focused on driving and directing the Investment Analytics function.
