Peter Goode is currently serving as the Head of People and Culture - Northern Hemisphere at Perpetual Limited. Prior to this, Peter held the position of Group Head of Reward at Pendal Group and Senior Reward Manager at J O Hambro Capital Management. With a background in HR and a MA in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster, Peter has gained extensive experience in various HR roles throughout their career.
