Prior to this role, Matías held the position of Director Onshore Wind at EDF Renewables Deutschland from August 2023 to May 2025, emphasizing written communication and overall communication skills. From March 2022 to August 2023, Matías worked at GP JOULE Gruppe in M&A and Business Development, leading activities across Germany, Europe, and North America. Earlier experience includes a Director role at SCADA International, where strategic market entries in Spain, France, and Italy were managed, and a Team Leader position at ČEZ, where Matías facilitated significant renewable energy projects in Germany. Matías possesses an Executive MBA from Maastricht University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cologne University of Applied Sciences.
