Alexis Weill

Alexis Weill is a founding Data Scientist at Perplexity since October 2023, previously serving as a Data Science Manager at Instacart from March 2021 to October 2023, leading initiatives to enhance affordability and dependability in grocery shopping. Prior to Instacart, Alexis held various roles at Lyft, including Data Science Lead and Data Science Manager for the Autonomous Vehicles team, where a data science team was built to support self-driving car development before a notable acquisition. Alexis also has experience as a Course Assistant at Stanford University and as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs, along with early roles in manufacturing quality and industrial engineering. Academically, Alexis holds a Master’s Degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
