Dmitry Shevelenko

Dmitry Shevelenko currently serves as Chief Business Officer at Perplexity since October 2023 and has been a Board Director at Payfare Inc. since January 2021. Previously, Dmitry co-founded Tortoise, focusing on retail and commerce automation, and advised several companies including SpotHero, SkyRyse, and Codi. At LinkedIn, Dmitry held a Product Management position, leading initiatives that monetized consumer markets, and served as VP of Product and Head of Monetization at Pulse News before its acquisition by LinkedIn. Dmitry’s early career includes managing strategic partnerships in payments at Facebook and leading the India Landing Team to establish advertising operations in Hyderabad. Dmitry holds a BA in Anthropology from Columbia University.
