Josh Medley has over 15 years of professional experience in product management, user experience, marketing, research, and innovation. In 2013, they began working at PERQ as the Director of Product Management and User Experience. Josh then became a Senior Product Manager, responsible for exploring and evaluating market problems as product opportunities, and leading a team of software engineers, QA engineers, product owners, and UX/UI designers. In 2009, they joined Trace Communications as the Director of Marketing, responsible for the development, roll-out, and management of new product/business initiatives. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Tri-Auto Enterprises, LLC as the Director of Research and Innovation and Marketvision Specialist. From 2004 to 2005, they worked at CIK Enterprises as the Business Development Specialist and Director of Marketing. Josh began their career at Trace Communications in 2004 as an Account Executive and Customer Service Representative.
Josh Medley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Butler University - Lacy School of Business between 2000 and 2004. In 2013, they earned a Pragmatic Marketing certification from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI). Josh then went on to earn six Google certifications between 2018 and 2019, including Advanced Google Analytics, Getting Started with Google Analytics 360, Google Ads Fundamentals, Google Analytics for Beginners, and Google Analytics for Power Users.
