Kara McIntyre

Kara McIntyre has had a varied work experience. Kara started as a Server at Yogi's Grill & Bar in 2009, then moved to Indiana Review in 2011, where they were a Publicity/Reviews Intern. In 2012, they became a Marketing Services Representative at Author Solutions, Inc. In 2014, they joined Dominion Dealer Solutions as a Business Analyst, then moved to Senior Social Media Specialist, then Social Media and Online Reputation Team Lead. In this role, they managed the day-to-day operations of 7 Social Media and Reputation Specialists, oversaw the hiring and recruiting of new Specialists, organized and implemented the training program for all new team members, coached Specialists in effective reputation and social media strategies, and consulted with upper management, Product, Sales and Deployment teams. Also in 2014, they worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Assistant at Flat 12 Bierwerks. In 2018, they became a Product Owner at PERQ, then moved to Product Manager, and then Senior Product Manager.

Kara McIntyre attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a degree in English. Her field of study included English Literature, Journalism, and Fiction Writing.
