Stephanie Sellstrom, CAPS

Stephanie Sellstrom, CAPS, has a diverse work experience in the fields of property management and innovation. Stephanie is currently employed with PERQ as a Product Manager. Prior to this, Stephanie served as the Director of ESG, Innovation, and Technology at Laramar Group from January 2021 to June 2023. Stephanie also held the role of Regional Manager at Laramar Group from September 2018 to December 2020. Stephanie's previous experience includes working as a Portfolio Manager at Cardinal Group Management from September 2015 to August 2018, and as an Operations Manager at Forum Investment Group from August 2013 to September 2015. Stephanie began their career at Mercy Housing as a Senior Property Manager, where they demonstrated strong customer service skills, managed 168 units, and maintained high occupancy rates in a Section 8 and Tax Credit property. Stephanie's work experience showcases their expertise and ability to excel in various roles within the property management and innovation sectors.

Stephanie Sellstrom, CAPS, obtained a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Real Estate Certification from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. Additionally, they hold certifications such as the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) from the National Apartment Association, obtained in December 2020, and a Broker License from the Colorado Division of Real Estate, obtained in April 2015. Stephanie also has additional education in Real Estate from the University of Colorado.
