Damaris (Matis ) Rutte

Damaris (Matis) Rutte has been working in the field since 2012. Damaris began their career at Elsevier as a Corporate Consultant for R&D Organisations and an RSS Executive Club Member. In 2019, they joined Perrett Laver as a Partner and Head of SIE Practice, Europe and a Senior Consultant, working with 'mission-driven' sectors worldwide to identify outstanding leaders for organisations that are solving the world’s biggest challenges and have extraordinary impact in society. These organizations range from non-profit, educational, research, healthcare and cultural in over 60 countries globally.

Damaris Rutte obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and International Business from the University of Illinois Chicago between 1998 and 2002.
