Karyn Malseed

Head of Project Management EMEA at Perrett Laver

Karyn Malseed has a wealth of work experience in project management, client account management and project administration. Karyn began their career in 2014 as a Project Administrator Intern at Isobar, where they were responsible for using Stream time software to manage timelines and adhere to critical paths with clients, as well as quality assessing new projects before they would be released to customers and sending out quotes to customers as per budget agreements.

In the same year, they moved on to Visual ID Marketing Resource Management as a Client Account Executive, where their key responsibilities included managing day-to-day relations with clients via phone and email, creating artwork for clients using Adobe products, constructing detailed reports and accurate data analysis using Excel, and working together with colleagues and clients to create accurate and precise critical paths in moving forward with projects.

Most recently, in 2019, Karyn joined Perrett Laver as the Head of Project Management EMEA. In this role, they have been continuing to support clients, candidates and colleagues across multiple projects, working directly with key stakeholders within Higher Education and Global Non Profit Organisations as they search for their next leaders. Karyn has also been involved in business development and internal recruitment and training for new staff across the European team. Additionally, they have been working within the Research and Higher Education Practice across Europe providing support and advice to clients, candidates and colleagues throughout the executive search process.

Karyn Malseed obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Applied Psychology from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology between 2010 and 2014. Prior to this, they obtained their Leaving Certificate from Newpark Comprehensive School between 2004 and 2010. In 2011, they obtained a Clean Driver's Lisence from the Road Safety Authority.
