Crystal Porter

Crystal Porter has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles. As a Skin Care Specialist at PERRICONE MD since June 2008, Crystal manages over 30 customer emails daily, diffuses escalated issues, and effectively multitasks. Previously, Crystal served as Assistant Work Program Coordinator for the New Haven Board of Education from September 2001 to August 2007, supervising job coaches and students while conducting evaluations and managing schedules. Crystal also worked as Administrative Secretary III in the President’s Office at Brockton Hospital, handling physician credentials and administrative tasks. Educational background includes studies at Gateway Community College and Bunker Hill Community College, complemented by a high school diploma from Lexington High School.
