Ayala Kost

Ayala Kost is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical and agricultural industries. Currently serving as the Head of Global Quality at ADAMA Ltd. since July 2022, Ayala has also held the position of VP Regional Quality Head at Teva Pharmaceuticals since April 2019. Prior roles include Global VP of Quality Operations at Perrigo and QA Manager at CHEMAGIS LTD. Ayala's career began in marketing at Makteshim, where responsibilities included managing marketing efforts from January 1993 to May 2002. Ayala Kost holds a degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
