Dustin Ruch

Dustin Ruch is an accomplished Associate Director of Sales at Perrigo Company plc, with extensive experience leading sales teams and driving business growth. At Perrigo since September 2014, Dustin has spearheaded the $200M OTC and Oral Care Contract Business, achieving $16M in new business through strategic planning and negotiations. Previous roles included leadership of key accounts such as Topco, HEB, and Publix, where sales increased by $24M. Dustin also played a pivotal role in developing a successful Digestive Health Category Strategy, resulting in significant awards and sales growth. Prior to Perrigo, Dustin held various roles at Whirlpool Corporation and participated in a Sales Leadership Development Program at Herman Miller. Dustin holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.
