Global Head Of Ecommerce, Women’s Health at Perrigo

Jiao Li has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Jiao started their career as a UFLP Trainee at Rexona Global Brand Development Master Brand, where they worked from September 2012 to December 2013. Jiao then moved on to Comfort China Brand Building as a UFLP Trainee from January 2014 to October 2014. Jiao then joined the OMO China Brand Building team as an Assistant Brand Manager from October 2014 to December 2015, where they led various e-commerce campaigns and customer events. Jiao then transitioned to the role of Brand Manager, OMO Brand Building from January 2016 to May 2017.

In 2017, Jiao joined Unilever as a Global Ecommerce and Digital Manager for Maille, where they successfully turned the business around and achieved double-digit growth. Jiao also led the replatforming of Maille.com for three markets and implemented a data-driven trading approach to transform the Maille eBoutique business.

In 2021, Jiao joined Reckitt as the Global OTC Digital and Ecommerce Senior Manager. In this role, they played a crucial role in driving the planning and delivery of the global digital and ecommerce strategy. Jiao built best practice capability in local markets, developed digital and ecommerce guidelines, and led the launch and execution of digital toolkits for new product development projects. Jiao was also responsible for global HCP digital journey research and strategy as well as global performance monitoring and P&L auditing.

Most recently, Jiao is the Global Head of Ecommerce, Women's Health at Perrigo Company plc, starting in September 2023.

Jiao Li holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Nankai University. Jiao Li also pursued a Master of Science degree in Management Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
