Currently serving as a Systems & Operations Consultant at Perr&Knight since October 2020, Constance previously held multiple leadership roles at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, including Enterprise Program Director, where the management of enterprise-wide programs significantly improved operational efficiency through software acquisition and organizational change. Constance's background also includes managing large-scale initiatives at Kaiser Permanente and Nationwide Insurance, as well as extensive project management experience in both public and private sectors prior to 1998. Constance holds a Master of Public Affairs in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington and completed the Advanced Project Management Program at Stanford University.
