Audrey Dolbois has a diverse range of work experience in the art industry. Audrey started their career in 2009 as a Cultural Mediator for Young Audiences at Palais de Tokyo. In 2011, they worked as a Registrar at Perrotin and as an Exhibition and Collection Registrar Intern at Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain. Audrey then served as a Production and Gallery Manager at GALERIE BUGADA & CARGNEL from 2016 to 2016. Following this, they worked as a Production and Studio Manager at Jeremy Maxwell Wintrebert from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they joined GALERIE KAMEL MENNOUR LIMITED as the Head Registrar until March 2020. Since May 2020, Audrey has been working as the Logistics and Technical Manager at Perrotin.

Audrey Dolbois pursued their education at various institutions. In 2006, they joined the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne to earn a Licence degree in Arts Plastiques, which they completed in 2009. Subsequently, they continued their studies at the same university and attained a Master 1 degree in Arts Plastiques in 2010. Following this, they attended the Université de Picardie Jules Verne (Amiens) from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a Master 2 Professionnel in the field of Régie des œuvres et montages d'expositions.
