Frank Molina has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Frank started their career as a Journeyman in Airconditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration at the University of Miami from 1972 to 1977. Frank then worked as a Senior Technician at Xerox - The Document Group from 1977 to 1982. Following that, they served as the President of Caribbean Island Divers from 1985 to 1988. From 1982 to 2001, they worked at the City of Miami Police Department as an Investigator. Frank then joined the Fisher Island Community Association as the Director of Security from 2001 to 2002. After that, they worked as a Special Agent at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement from 2002 to 2005. In 2006, they took on the role of Director of Operations at Kent Security Services Inc for a few months before becoming the Vice President of Security and Facilities at Perry Ellis International, where they have been responsible for loss prevention initiatives, facility management, special event coordination, and emergency management.

Frank Molina has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from St. Thomas University (1999-2001). Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Barry University. Frank has completed a Certificate of Completion in Florida Crime Prevention Practitioner from the Florida Crime Prevention Institute, and another Certificate of Completion in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) from the Florida Crime Prevention Training Institute, Office of Attorney General. Frank has also completed the Occupational Safety and Health Standards for General Industry, OSHA Course 511 from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. Frank obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Miami Dade College. Furthermore, they have a Certificate of Completion in Hazardous Devices Course from the Missile and Munitions Center, Redstone Arsenal, Department of Justice. Frank is certified as an Open Water Instructor by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI). Frank later obtained another Master's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from St. Thomas University. In terms of additional certifications, Frank has completed various courses and programs such as the Weapons of Mass Destruction Bomb Technician Emergency Actions Course (1998) from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Advanced Explosives Investigative Techniques (1997) from ATF, and US Customs Cross Designation Course (1994) from U.S. Customs and Border Protection, among others.
