Melissa Bernheim

Melissa Bernheim has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Melissa is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Perry Ellis International. Melissa Bernheim also served as the General Counsel at Britto Central, where they oversaw licensing transactions and managed the intellectual property portfolio. Earlier in their career, they were the Managing Partner at Bernheim Fuller Law, a full-service law firm, and the Senior Legal Counsel at Perry Ellis International. Additionally, they worked as the General Counsel at Smoothie King Franchises, Inc. and as an Associate at Zarco, Einhorn, Salkowski & Brito, PA, where they represented franchisees in disputes and drafted operating agreements.

Melissa Bernheim received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Emory University in 1999. Melissa then went on to obtain their JD degree from the American University Washington College of Law from 1999 to 2002.
