Ramon Madera

Ramon Madera has over 20 years of experience in the field, with their most recent role as Financial Systems Director at Perry Ellis International. In this position, they led multiple Oracle system implementations and upgrades, as well as provided leadership to the development team for Oracle EBS R12 and Salesforce applications.

Prior to their work at Perry Ellis, Ramon held the position of Senior Oracle Consultant at World Fuel Services where they developed programs and interfaces for various Oracle applications. Ramon also worked as a Senior Oracle Programmer at Cross Country Home Services, where they were involved in a SOA project and developed business processes using PL/SQL and Java.

Ramon's early career includes a role as a Senior Oracle Consultant at AutoNation.

Ramon Madera attended Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Science. Ramon later obtained certifications in "How to Use LinkedIn Learning" from LinkedIn in December 2022 and "Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud 2016 Certified Implementation Specialist" from Oracle in August 2017.
