Parmis Malek

Parmis Malek is currently the Learning and Leadership Development Manager at Perry Homes, where experience also includes roles as a Talent Development Specialist and Training and Development Intern since June 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Technology and Administrative Assistant at the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Student Consultant at the Center for Workplace Consulting. Parmis has also worked as an Academic Instructor, primarily for French Immersion students, at Academic Tutoring and UMCA Rich Tree Academy. Educational qualifications encompass a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from York University, with ongoing studies in Leadership and Performance Coaching at Brown University School of Professional Studies.
