Krista Oehlke

Krista Oehlke is a Litigation Associate at Perry Law, bringing a wide range of experience in the legal field. Previously, Krista served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States District Court, Central District of California. Krista also held the title of Equal Justice Works Fellow at the ACLU of Massachusetts, focusing on the Immigrants’ Rights Project. Krista pursued their JD at Harvard Law School while actively participating in legal clinics and internships. Prior to their legal career, Krista worked as a Program Coordinator/Writer and held various research and editorial roles at the FXB Center for Health and Human Rights at Harvard University. Krista holds a Doctor of Law degree from Harvard Law School and a B.A in Comparative Literature from Dartmouth College.
