Rick Lamb

Rick Lamb is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. since May 2002, Rick Lamb focuses on team alignment with vision, change management, and effective communication. As Vice President of the Perry Public Schools Board of Education since 2013, Rick Lamb contributes to educational governance. Before these roles, Rick held positions as Production Manager and Plant Services Engineer at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., and served as a Specialist in the United States Army from 1995 to 2001. Rick Lamb earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with a Business Minor in Engineering from Ohio University.
