Dominic Rossi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Louisville, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. Dominic then pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law, completing it from 2011 to 2014. In 2012, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at the College of Law England & Wales, focusing on Law. After completing their education, Rossi obtained certifications as a Licensed Realtor from the Kentucky Real Estate Commission in June 2015 and as a Licensed Attorney from the Kentucky Board of Bar Examiners in October 2014.
