Jeff Spencer

Jeff Spencer has over two decades of experience in educational leadership and administration, currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent for Foundational Learning and K-12 Services at Perry Township Schools since July 2017. Prior roles include Director of Title I, Title IV, and Secondary Schools, where oversight of grants and leadership of the Title I team was prominent, as well as Elementary Principal at an award-winning school in Indianapolis. Earlier experiences include Building Principal at Plymouth Community School Corporation and Associate Principal and Instructional Coach at Valley Mills Elementary School. Jeff began a career in education as a Teacher in the MSD of Decatur Township, specializing in Project-Based Learning in social studies. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Indianapolis.
