Faith Storm's work experience includes:

- Sales Development Representative at Perry Weather starting from June 2023.

- Personal Trainer at Equinox from January 2021 to June 2023.

- Educator at lululemon from December 2020 to April 2021.

- Strength & Conditioning Intern at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from June 2017 to August 2017.

- SUB5 Motivational Girls' Running Camp Counselor at SUB5 Performance Center from July 2015 to July 2017.

Faith Storm completed their education at Oxford Brookes University, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Applied Sport and Exercise Nutrition from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended the University of Iowa from 2015 to 2019 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.

In addition to their formal education, Faith earned several certifications to enhance their expertise in the field. Faith obtained a PN L1 Nutrition Coaching Certification from Precision Nutrition in December 2021. In August 2021, they received a Kettlebell L1 Specialty Certification from Kettlebell Kings. Faith also obtained a Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Specialist Certification from Anette Lang Education Systems in June 2021. Moreover, they hold a Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from the American Red Cross acquired in November 2020. In February 2020, they completed the Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Catering from The Safer Food Group. Furthermore, in October 2019, Faith became an Accredited Clean Sport Advisor through UNITED KINGDOM ANTI-DOPING LIMITED. Faith'searliest certification, a Personal Fitness Trainer certification, was obtained from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) in January 2019.
