Justin Swank

Justin Swank currently serves as a Learning, Development, and Communications Specialist at Perryman Company since February 2023. Prior to this role, Justin spent nearly nine years at Washington & Jefferson College, where positions included Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Belonging & Engagement, as well as Director of Residence Life. Roles involved managing departmental budgets, overseeing professional staff teams, creating engaging co-curricular experiences, and supporting student retention initiatives. Justin's earlier experience includes positions in graphic design and media development at Consol Energy and a role as a Sales Consultant at Sun Chevrolet. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology from Washington & Jefferson College, obtained in 2009.
