Ricardo Ludtke

Ricardo Ludtke is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Persado since November 2019, where Ricardo has held various key roles including Senior Director of Operations and Senior Director of Customer Success. Prior to their tenure at Persado, Ricardo worked at NCR Corporation from June 2012 to November 2019 as Operations Manager and Services Manager. Additionally, from June 2005 to June 2012, Ricardo was employed by Retail Automation Products, Inc. in roles such as Services Manager and Project Manager. Ricardo holds education credentials from City Tech, CUNY, obtained between 2001 and 2002.
