Jaipal Naidu

Jaipal Naidu has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jaipal started their career at GENPACT LLC in 2004, where they worked as a Technical Support Analyst for a year. In 2006, they interned at Oracle. Jaipal then joined GramIT in 2007 as a Business Analyst, and simultaneously worked at Tech Mahindra as a Business Analyst from 2007 to 2009. Jaipal then moved to Enzen Global Solutions in 2009, where they served as a Business Analyst until 2011, and later transitioned to the role of Business Consultant until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Wipro Consulting as the Strategy & Transformation lead. Currently, Jaipal is the Co-Founder, Product & Operations Owner at Perse since March 2020.

Jaipal Naidu completed their education in a chronological manner. Jaipal first attended St. Martins High School from 1993 to 1998, which did not offer a specific degree or field of study. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, completing it between 2000 and 2004. Jaipal furthered their education by obtaining a PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) with a focus on Marketing and Systems from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, completing it from 2005 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, Jaipal acquired a PRINCE 2 Foundation certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in November 2016.
