Jimmy Simeles

Jimmy Simeles is an experienced People Experience and Compensation Analyst at Persefoni since October 2021, following a tenure at Moda Health where roles included Compensation Specialist and Training and Development Specialist from May 2018 to October 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Secretary for the Northwest Vietnamese Student Association, which focuses on empowering Vietnamese students, and a Temporary Human Resources Assistant at Boly:Welch, providing support to Mercy Corps. Earlier, Jimmy held various mentorship and leadership positions at Portland State University, culminating in Bachelor's degrees in Management & Leadership/Human Resources.
