Olivia A. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the fields of finance and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Artemeter, a carbon advisory and investment firm, Olivia also fulfills the role of Special Advisor for Infrastructure at the U.S. Department of Energy. As a board member for various organizations including Persefoni and RS Metrics, along with participation in the Milken Institute's Public Finance Advisory Council and New America’s Leadership Council, Olivia demonstrates a commitment to advancing sustainable finance. Previously, leadership roles include Chief Executive Officer at Aspiration Partners Inc., Global Head of ESG at The TCW Group, and Executive Vice President at PIMCO. Olivia holds degrees in Philosophy from Princeton University, International Affairs from Columbia University's SIPA, and an MBA in International Business from Columbia Business School.
