Susie Bright is a seasoned film and TV critic currently contributing to the San Francisco Chronicle, alongside a long-standing role as a donor and consultant for the Rare & Manuscript Division of Cornell University's Library Archives. With extensive experience as an editor and author, Susie Bright has worked with Akashic Books on the "Santa Cruz Noir" series and has produced various works for Chronicle Books and Perseus Books Group, including "Big Sex Little Death." As an educator, Susie Bright has lectured at numerous prestigious institutions and events. Additionally, Susie Bright served as an executive producer at Audible, acquiring and producing a diverse range of literary works. Bright has a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Inquiry from New College of California and a Bachelor of Arts in Community Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
