Thales Carmo

Thales Carmo, CQF, currently serves as a Partner at Persevera Asset Management since April 2024. Previously, Thales held multiple roles at XP Investimentos, including Quant Equity Research, Equity Research, and Operations from February 2019 to April 2024. Thales also gained experience as a Wealth Management Intern at JGP between May 2018 and February 2019 and completed a Summer Internship at XP Investimentos in January 2017. Thales holds a Graduação in Economia from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, obtained in 2017, and furthered education at Ibmec, graduating in 2019.
