Shericka Buggs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and career readiness. Currently serving as the Lead Technology Employment Specialist at Persevere since December 2022, Shericka previously worked as a Talent Development Specialist at Equus Workforce Solutions from April 2022 to December 2022. Prior roles include Recruitment/Career Readiness Specialist at Arkansas State University from April 2020 to March 2022 and various positions at the State of Arkansas, including TANF Case Manager/Unemployment Representative/Career Readiness Specialist from February 2016 to April 2020. Shericka holds a Dual Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Information Technology Management from Webster University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Memphis.
